Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy is as follows: we do not accept returns, only exchanges. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at winnipeg@uniway.ca
In the unlikely event that a return is accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Please contact us for more information on returning an item.
The manner of refund will be on the original method of payment you used. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Refunds generally occur within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the unit.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1565 Regent Ave W #7, Winnipeg, MB R2C 3B3, Canada Or drop off at nearest local store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item with a value of over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure its safe delivery.
